We’re looking for an experienced Teamlead Technical Enablement (m/f/d) in Munich to guide the international team, optimize processes, and lead the implementation of our Connected Training Floors and app solutions. - Leadership: You are responsible for leading a team of 4-6 Technical Enablement Managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success
- Employee Development: You lead and develop your team through weekly 1:1s, bi-annual feedback sessions, workshops and team meetings, while representing their work and priorities in stakeholder discussions
- Resource Planning: You are accountable for organizing the daily operations, setting priorities, planning tasks and resources to ensure smooth processes and timely project delivery
- Customer Experience: You contribute to daily operations by focusing on creating an optimal customer experience and driving continuous satisfaction
- Process Optimization: You oversee and optimize the implementation process for Connected Training Floors and personalized apps, ensuring seamless integration with member management, smart cardio, and more, with a focus on the international market
- Escalation Management: You support the team in case of escalation for complex customer and partner issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution
- Documentation & Cross-functional Collaboration: You maintain clear documentation on platforms like Notion, Adonis, etc. and collaborate with teams like Sales, Customer Success, and Product to achieve shared goals and promote knowledge sharing
