As an Instructional Designer (m/f/d) based in Munich, you will design and deliver engaging eLearning programs that scale globally and leverage AI-driven innovation.
This role is part of our Customer Enablement Team, where your instructional design expertise, creativity, and project management skills will directly shape how thousands of learners interact with EGYM products worldwide.
- Collaboration: You partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to identify learning needs and ensure strategic alignment
- Content Creation: You design, develop, and deliver eLearning content in multiple formats (written, audio, video) that strengthens product knowledge and engagement
- Storyboarding: You build scripts and storyboards to transform complex topics into production-ready eLearning materials
- Process Management: You manage workflows, document processes, integrate feedback seamlessly across global teams, and keep initiatives on track
- Quality Assurance: You ensure learning materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with EGYM’s brand voice
