- Experienced Developer: You have 2+ years of experience developing firmware in C, Rust
- Qualified Professional: You possess a Bachelor’s degree or Higher, or an apprenticeship in the fields of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Detail-Oriented: You care about clarity: in code, in Git commits, in the documentation, and daily communication. You consider a task only done when appropriate tests have been written
- Innovative Pragmatist: You balance innovation and pragmatism, finding the best way forward in an agile environment.
- Tech Enthusiast: You are excited to try new languages, technologies, and techniques to improve safety, security and device lifecycle
- Standout Expertise: You can stand out from the crowd by having knowledge and experience in:
- Embedded Rust
- Secure Bootloaders & Signed Keys
- Writing code for safety critical applications
- Advanced Motor Control
- Digital Signal Processing
- Security standards for consumer IoT devices e.g., EU Cyber Resilience Act
- Applications designed for small devices (Raspberry Pi, iMX)
