As an experienced UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) you will help us improve our corporate wellness product Wellpass even further. Together with us you will shape a product that changes employees’ lifes by supporting them in building healthy and fun habits. Are you up for that new challenge? Then join our team in Munich!
- You will be involved in the product development of Wellpass and work in close collaboration with the product managers from research, concept development, over wireframes, prototypes, user testing to final design
- You conduct user research and usability tests using various research methodologies with a structured and hypothesis-driven approach and you ensure documentation and archiving of test results
- You work closely with our team of software engineers to ensure our product is fun and easy to use both on mobile and the web by end users
- You help us to design web-based operational tools for our internal teams and B2B customers that can be used with maximum efficiency
- You define design patterns, UI design guidelines and give the developers a visual framework
- You collaborate and exchange ideas with other UX specialists across the EGYM group and will report to the VP Product of EGYM Wellpass
